RVW Pugh marked the opening of its purpose-built new Holmes Chapel depot with a comprehensive display of machinery from its franchises. Operating from three depots (Churchstoke, Market Drayton and Homes Chapel) this new depot replaces the former premises at Sandbach. The company had long outgrown the facilities there and these smart new premises have an extensive display area for machinery, large workshop, showroom and stores.
This area is also complemented by a small grass area at the front which was the ideal setting for a small grassland demonstration which, despite some very ominous rain clouds, allowed us to demonstrate the potential of the Pöttinger Novacat range and a Pöttinger Europrofi 4500L wagon.
With a large turnout of local farmers and contractors we were very busy talking to many of the visitors about Pöttinger equipment.
