Trailed chassis with hydraulic adjustable drawbar

4 feed and compression rollers, 3 intake speeds adjusted by V-belt with friction wheel reversing sensor, feed and compression rollers are synchronised so that they are able to handle uneven rates of intake, huge flywheel intake cross-section, rollers driven by 2 universal jointed shafts, double point mounting of pick-up

10 flywheel blades, 5 blowing paddles and reversible shearbar are hard faced, knife mounting and adjustment are separate, flywheel is adjusted centrally, grinding system with freely-rotating grinding disc, replaceable concave wear plate in flywheel housing

PTO speed 1000 rpm. Walterscheid W2500 heavy duty (6 spline) PTO shaft. Final drive to flywheel is via twin pulleys and a powerband driving the flywheel at the standard max speed of 590 rpm (suitable for tractors from 130 HP to 160 HP). Exchange pulley / band kits are available (see chart on next page for other HP’s)

All hydraulic functions controlled electronically (chute and flap setting, reversing the intake, lifting and lowering the pick-up (trailer hitch optional). Electro-hydraulic pivoting and folding chute and spout adjustment, hydraulic control for reversing the feed roller intake, central lubrication system
